Nice post! A lot of people talk "process" but the linear mindset is right - I like the point on following up with the prospects you've lost... that's the most often forgotten thing, IMO, and I've seen it lead to sales later on down the road with those same prospects. And you also continue to learn.

Keep them coming!

I've been surfing on-line more than 3 hours these days, yet I never discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is lovely worth sufficient for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content material as you probably did, the net might be a lot more useful than ever before.

So true - plenty of applications in the cloud, one just need to be careful not to take too many different ones but rather look for some which solves more of his agendas.
We provide most of those backoffice ones - leave of absence, document management, facilities, orgchart, travel expenses, eprocurement and much more.

Wow, you Roger you nailed it. Starting a new business exclusively focused on SaaS solutions is probably the best way to be successful. Existing VAR's and Integrators will struggle to run both models; the short term get the margin now game and the long term model that will hockey stick upwards after you add clients over a period of time. I enjoyed ready the post, thanks.
