Since Okta’s inception almost ten years ago, we’ve been on a mission to empower our customers through technology. Enabling these global and groundbreaking organizations to tackle their toughest and evolving technology needs is at the heart of everything we do, which is why this recognition is so meaningful. Of the companies recognized by Gartner, we’re proud to be the vendor with the highest “willingness to recommend” score (95%),** a testament to our customers’ enthusiasm and advocacy.

Looking at the analysts’ view of the market, Okta was honored to once again be named a Leader in the most recent Gartner Magic Quadrant for Access Management, Worldwide. Magic Quadrant research is Gartner’s most comprehensive view of a given market, and customer experience is one of the primary criteria determining placement in the research. We see our unwavering focus on customer success as the key factor contributing to our placement as a Leader. In the report, widespread positive customer sentiment was identified as one of our strengths: “References and Gartner clients have continued to report predominantly positive experiences, with rapid implementation, service functionality, reliability and support.” We are proud of the recognition from leading industry analysts as well as our customers themselves, and view both distinctions as a reflection of the invaluable trust placed in us by our customers.

To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate. In order to achieve this distinction, a vendor must have a minimum of 50 published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.2 stars or higher.
