Position Description: Okta is looking for a Partner Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for our overall operation of our Partner Community and Program.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Okta Partner Connect Operation
- Partner program compliance; evaluate partner performance working closely with Okta Partner team and notify partners of any changes
- Work with cross functional teams to improve process and implement tools to help scale Okta Partner Connect (inbound, onboarding, etc)
- Manage operational onboarding for new partners (create accounts, process legal documents and work with legal and finance on partner due diligence)
- Maintain partner data updated in Okta systems (SFDC, Apttus, Partner locator, etc)
- Work with partner team on partner mapping (customer) in SFDC
- Process requests for Okta for Partners and Okta for Startups for partners
- Reporting: new partners, partner community usage, partner performance, etc
- Work with Strategy & Operations Manager and Business Systems to improve processes and develop tools to help scale Okta Partner Connect; SFDC updates, inbound, onboarding and business plan

- Manage Okta Partner Community inquires, access and troubleshoot partner issues

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in SAAS company, preferably working with Partners.
- Knowledge of Alliances and Channels
- Self-starter, excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas.
- Interest in understanding of Identity landscape or identity space knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce, Apttus
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills, including presentation creation
- Ability to evolve existing processes and execute on new strategies
- Demonstrated experience navigating cross functionally across organization.
- Highly organized, detail and task oriented
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
- A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
- Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate others ideas into all aspects of job.
- Thrive in high growth, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable with travel up to 10%
- BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree
