Principle Technical Release Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Release Manager to join our Business Technology organization.  In this critical role, you will be hands-on partnering closely with TPM, Infrastructure, Business Applications, and Engineering teams. You will also be the point person for communicating release information across Business Technology scrum teams.  In this role, you will significantly contribute to the evolution and scale of our release process enabling us to deliver value to our customers efficiently and seamlessly. Successful candidates will have strong hands-on release and project management experience in a dynamic BT environment.


  • Manage all SDLC environments.
  • Creates the processes for environment management 
  • Work closely with the TPM team to coordinate and schedule projects
  • Manage risks and resolve issues
  • Prepare content and facilitate meetings for the Change Advisory Board
  • Ensure change processes are being followed
  • Maintain schedule of change/release calendar for all upcoming releases
  • Manage all release activities including release communications, readiness reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Maintain a release repository and manage key information
  • Continually work to improve the release process.
  • Manage and track release metrics, own release reporting to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between key stakeholders 


  • 5+ years of experience in an environment or release management capacity
  • Experience with service management systems such as ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow
  • Advanced knowledge of the SDLC and with a focus on agile development 
  • Clear understanding of Source Code Management, and best practices
  • Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end deployment process 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
  • Results focused, comfortable challenging the status quo 
  • Able to bring creative solutions to the table 
  • Ability to navigate through conflicting priorities
  • Collaborative, able to facilitate processes
  • Release management experience in a SaaS or Cloud Service
  • Experience with Service Management tools
  • Has a strong understanding of SOX compliance

Education and Training: ITIL Cert a strong plus
