APAC Partner Marketing Specialist

The Partner Marketing Manager will lead our ANZ and Asia efforts working closely with Okta’s diverse and
growing community of Technology Partners specifically focused on building and executing plans related to
building pipeline with AWS, ISV’s and managing Okta's “To Partner” marketing programs.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct campaigns, digital activities, and in person programs with ISV’s and AWS to deliver
partner pipeline requirements.
• Manage and optimise “To Partner” marketing programs including supporting marketing enablement,
on-boarding, and partner enablement.
• Liaise with the global partner marketing teams to ensure alignment across the global partner teams
for efforts you are responsible for.
• Drive efforts to increase external and internal awareness of Okta and partner success, collaborating
with cross-functional marketing, enablement, and global Okta partner teams. Create process for
maintaining relationships with a growing list of partners in a variety of territories.
• Strategize and manage marketing plans with ISV’s and AWS on a quarterly basis.
• Create dashboards with analytics team - provide analysis on partnership effectiveness and evaluate
ROIs to prioritize resources for success.
• Prepare both partner-facing and internal success metrics reporting
• Work collaboratively with broader APAC Partner Marketing team on management of MDF programs.

• 7+ Years marketing experience in B2B environment with previous experience in regional marketing
and alliance or partner/channel marketing preferred
• Proven expertise and passion for developing partner marketing programs that are executed for
broad business impact
• Ability to build strong relationships with partner teams. Experience influencing partners’ marketing
• Demonstrated success in working in cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in developing demand generation and awareness marketing campaigns and reporting
• Prior experience with, Tableau and marketing automation platforms such as
• Prior experience with partner communities.
• Excellent communication skills including brief, impactful written communications.
• Creative problem solver and effective decision maker
• Self-starter, high-energy, simultaneous management of several programs and initiatives
