Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager - (Paris, France)

Okta is looking for a Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager, who will be part of our founding team in France.

This person will be in charge of defining the Marketing strategy as well as planning and executing the marketing activities for Okta France and across Southern Europe. It will include Field, Channel and Strategic Alliances events and programs to generate the demand generation and brand awareness required to enable the French sales team to reach their sales target.

 The ideal candidate will need to work on each project closely with various local and global teams with a dynamic, positive and creative attitude, keeping in mind qualitative and quantitative metrics that would need to be achieved.


  • Define the marketing strategy according to business objectives that the French sales team will need to reach
  • Align the marketing strategy to the European and Global brand approach
  • Plan and execute the marketing activities
  • Organise our participation at various events (trade-show, breakfast briefing, user-conference)
  • Manage 3rd party agencies when required
  • Communicate with Global, European and Local teams on the marketing plan and activities results
  • Manage the budget allocated for the region respecting internal and external administrative and legal constraints


  • Have a Bachelor or higher in Marketing and have
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a B2B and high tech company
  • Be recognised for leadership, strategic vision, creativity, logistical and organisational qualities
  • Experience of managing and executing various marketing activities as well as digital and social campaigns
  • Fluent in English & French (verbal and written skills)

Le candidat idéal doit savoir fédérer les différentes équipes autour d’un projet dans une dynamique positive et créative, avec en tête le succès qualitatif et quantitatif qu’il doit atteindre.


Le candidat devra :

  • Définir la stratégie marketing en fonction des objectifs business que l’équipe française doit atteindre
  • Aligner la stratégie marketing avec l’approche européenne et globale de la marque
  • Planifier et exécuter les campagnes marketing
  • Organiser les participations aux salons, et tout autre événement d’entreprise
  • Piloter les agences externes si besoin
  • Communiquer avec les équipes européennes, mondiales et locales les plans et résultats des activités
  • Gérer le budget dans le respect des contraintes administratives et des processus internes et externes

Le candidat devra :

  • Etre titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en Marketing, et justifier d’expériences dans un rôle similaire pendant plus de 5 ans sur le segment B2B et dans le milieu des nouvelles technologies
  • Etre reconnu(e) pour son leadership, sa vision stratégique et sa créativité, ses qualités opérationnelles et organisationnelles, sa proactivité et autonomie
  • Savoir gérer l’ensemble des activités marketing, ainsi que dans le domaine du digital et des réseaux sociaux.
  • Avoir un niveau d'anglais courant à l’oral et à l’écrit
