Oktane Inclusion Program

Identity is at the core of everything we do. And to us at Okta, that doesn’t just mean securing the identities of our customers, but also who we are as a company and the valuable experiences and perspective brought by every individual who makes up our community of employees, partners, and customers.

That's why we’re excited to roll out a brand new inclusion program at Oktane this year to bring this full community together at our annual customer event. We're doing this in a number of ways:

Going beyond our existing commitment of a 50/50 pledge for gender diversity on our keynote stage, we want to ensure Oktane19 has representation across all abilities, ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, and gender expressions, military service, races, religions, and sexual orientation. We’re featuring keynote speakers who have pushed the envelope in their respective fields. We’ve invited candidates of all backgrounds to share their Okta story as part of our breakout sessions, and now, we’re thrilled to announce that we have reserved a select number of complimentary passes to Oktane19 for members of underrepresented groups in technology.

As part of this program, attendees will be able to join us for all keynote sessions learn from Okta experts in 60+ breakout sessions, and celebrate at our Final Night Party, all on Okta.

We appreciate you taking the time to apply and look forward to seeing you at Oktane19 in San Francisco!
