The Premier Plus support package offers personalized adoption services. You’ll have direct access to a named or dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will ensure your vision and Okta’s roadmap stay in sync. They’ll also make sure you’re armed with the right resources and best practices for user adoption and change management.
CSMs are product experts and customer advocates. They build and sustain relationships with your business and IT leaders to continually improve the service. Your CSM will facilitate regular check-ins to ensure the products continue to solve your problems. They’ll also conduct regular health checks to assess adoption, and to give you insight into Okta’s upcoming initiatives, roadmaps, and beta projects.
