The official language of the event is English, and all general sessions, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs will be presented in English.

Casual to business dress is appropriate. We do recommend bringing layers, as temperatures can vary.

Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age to attend Oktane in Las Vegas.

If you've already purchased an Oktane Standard pass, but want to upgrade to an Oktane Plus pass, you can do so in the Attendee Portal.

An invoice is available for download in your "order summary" in the Attendee Portal. 

Government/military/education: 
We offer a 20% discount for government, military, and educational institutions. You must register with your .mil, .gov, or .edu email address to qualify.

Nonprofit organizations: 
Okta is proud to offer complimentary conference passes for nonprofit organizations. Limited to five per organization. You must be a current Okta customer or have an account manager, and register with your .org email address to qualify.

Support level passes:
You may qualify for a discount depending on your company’s support level with Okta. Reach out to your CSM or account rep for more info.

Oktane Standard Group passes are available at a discounted rate of 10% for 3-5 passes or 25% for 6-10 passes. All Group pass attendees, who purchased through this discount package, must be employed by the same organization. Instructions on how to register and/or distribute the passes will be available in the purchaser's Attendee Portal.

Substitution policy:
Substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Oktane team at oktane@launchinc.com with the names of both the original and the substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than September 16th, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT. On-site substitutions will incur a $100 (USD) processing fee.

Cancellation policy:
Please send all cancellation requests to oktane@launchinc.com.

Conference registration cancellation:
Cancellations must be received in writing before Friday, August 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT to be eligible for a refund, and there will be a $100 (USD) processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 PM PT on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Guest pass cancellation:
Cancellations must be received in writing before Friday, August 14, 2026 by 11:59 PM PT to be eligible for a refund, and there will be a $50 (USD) processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 PM PT on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Labs cancellation
If you wish to cancel any labs, you can do so through the Attendee Portal. Be aware that the labs fill up very quickly and we cannot guarantee the ability to rebook or reschedule after cancellation.

Certification exam cancellation:
Cancellations must be received in writing before Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT to be eligible for a refund, and there will be a $100 (USD) processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 PM PT on September 18, 2026.

Note for all of the above: We do not offer credits for any future year's program.

Okta reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at our discretion, including past or present failure to meet Okta’s standards of conduct, and also including (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct.

No. Each attendee can only take the quiz once. This ensures your profile is unique to you and consistent across the event. Be sure to answer thoughtfully.

It reflects your current approach to ideas and collaboration. While it might shift if you took it in a different context or time, your profile stays the same for this year’s Oktane.

The Oktane identity quiz is currently an exclusive feature for our in-person attendees in Las Vegas. It is designed to power onsite networking with a more personalized experience. While the quiz isn’t available for on-demand viewers, the insights gathered will help us continue to shape more personalized event experiences across all our platforms for the future.

Some sessions will be available online after the event. However, certain speakers and sessions will only be available during the event, so we recommend attending live for maximum engagement.

Yes. Okta Certifications will be available at this year’s Oktane.

Okta Certification exams are open to both customers and partners who have an Oktane Standard pass.

Gold, Silver, and Premier Plus customers can use their certification exam vouchers to take a free exam. It’s included in the Expert Learning pass as part of their Oktane benefits.

This year’s event will be hosted at Caesars Forum, which is a LEED Gold certified venue. Throughout the event, Oktane will promote donations to nonprofits in place of physical swag to help eliminate waste. We encourage attendees to bring their own water bottle to the event, as well as utilize low carbon transportation when traveling to Oktane where possible.

We are committed to ensuring Oktane is a healthy and safe environment for all attendees. Over the coming months, we will continue to monitor and adhere to government, venue, and health agency guidelines and recommendations.

During registration, you will be asked if you need an invitation letter. If you're requesting one, please email pops@okta.com with the necessary info below and the team will provide next steps.

Yes. You can sign up to experience the event virtually through Oktane Digital. This will include livestreams of our keynotes in September, followed by an on-demand library of session content after Oktane concludes. 

Oktane Digital is free. We want to ensure keynotes and select session content are accessible for our entire community.

You'll be able to watch the keynotes live on our website. Session recordings will be added to the on-demand library.
