STLabs

STLabs is an IT service management platform for internal IT teams. It brings together a service desk for incidents and requests, a live inventory of the organization's people, devices, applications, and access, and a workflow engine that automates routine IT tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and access requests. The Okta STLabs integration allows customers to sync their Okta users, groups, group memberships, applications, and app assignments into STLabs, giving IT teams a single current view of who has access to what. Administrators can also run Okta actions directly from STLabs workflows, including password resets, user suspension and reactivation, MFA management, group membership changes, and user provisioning or deprovisioning, so identity tasks are completed and audited alongside the rest of their IT work.
