Overview
Factor is an enterprise automation platform for deploying AI digital workers that execute complex business workflows across the applications customer teams already use. The Okta Factor integration enables customers to authenticate securely with SAML Single Sign-On and use SCIM 2.0 provisioning to manage user lifecycle and role-based access from Okta. With SCIM, IT teams can create, update, deactivate, and assign users to Factor access groups such as Admin, Editor, Operator, and Viewer, helping centralize identity governance and reduce manual access administration for their digital workforce.
