Alpacon

Alpacon is an AI-native privileged access management (PAM) platform: a single control plane where every infrastructure action, whether by a person, an AI agent, or a CI/CD token, flows through declared intent, runtime risk judgment, and an audit-ready record. Instead of standing credentials, access is granted as a just-in-time, time-bound work session scoped to specific servers. Sensitive actions are approved and risk-scored in real time, and every session is recorded for full audit. People connect from a secure browser terminal, automation through the CLI and API, and AI agents through MCP. The Okta Alpacon integration lets customers sign in to Alpacon using Okta as their Single Sign-On provider through OpenID Connect (OIDC). With one-click Express Configuration from the Okta Integration Network, administrators connect Alpacon to their Okta org without manual setup, manage who can access Alpacon directly from Okta, and give users both SP-initiated and IdP-initiated single sign-on.
