he Sounding Board Leadership Development Platform is a state of the industry application that allows for Enterprise employees to create development plans, schedule coaching sessions, establish goals, and track their progress on their road to becoming better leaders. The system provides the Enterprise sponsor with dynamic data analytics showing progress and return on investment. The Platform embraces the latest in data security and privacy policies, one of which is supporting SAML 2.0. Since Sounding Board is also an Okta customer for our business applications, we would like to add this integration to Okta as well, since a large number of employees also use it for their own Leadership Development.
