Console is an AI-native IT operations platform that automates employee support, access management, and internal workflows. It meets employees where they work — Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or a web portal — and resolves requests end-to-end by combining your knowledge base, connected systems, and natural-language automations. The Console OIDC integration allows customers to sign in to the Console platform, using Okta as a Single Sign-On provider.
