Qualtrics XM (Experience Management) is a fully managed SaaS platform that enables organizations to collect, analyze, and act on experience data across customers, employees, products, and brands. The Okta–Qualtrics integration combines Okta's identity lifecycle management with Qualtrics XM to automate the entire user provisioning process. By using Okta as an external Identity Provider (IdP), organizations can enforce consistent access policies to control exactly who is provisioned, what user type and license they receive, and when their access is revoked across one or more Qualtrics brands.
