Darian Sarellano (they/them) is an award-winning customer success leader and advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace, with a specific focus on equity for transgender people. They have been recognized equally for their contributions to driving value-based customer interactions and their work to ensure positive, inclusive team and company culture. Their career has spanned healthcare and health technology, customer relationship management, and data privacy and security. A regular speaker nationally on issues of transgender equity in the workplace, Darian deeply influenced many of Okta’s foundational efforts to build a trans-inclusive workplace and initiated the creation of our community for trans and gender-nonconforming employees.
