Sarah is an experienced recruiting leader and HR professional, having spent the last eight years growing and developing her career at Okta. She is currently leading strategic programs tied to employee listening, talent management, and coaching to enhance the employee journey. Sarah plays an active part in the Women at Okta ERG as co-lead and is highly involved with efforts of building balanced teams and promoting gender equality in the workplace through diverse recruiting efforts, brand awareness, and promoting women in leadership programs.
