Datatrac Web

Datatrac provides software for final mile logistics companies. The COPS and STATIS platforms run courier operations for on-demand and distribution delivery work, including order entry, dispatch, driver communication, billing, and accounting. Datatrac Web gives staff and customers browser access to these platforms, and the Datatrac Drivers (DD) mobile app connects drivers in the field. The Okta Datatrac Web integration lets users sign in to Datatrac Web and the DD mobile app with Okta as their Single Sign-On provider, using OpenID Connect (OIDC). Administrators assign users to the Datatrac Web app in Okta, and each user signs in with the email address of their Datatrac account. When an administrator deactivates a user in Okta, Universal Logout ends that user's active Datatrac sessions.
