Eric Kelleher is Okta's President and Chief Operating Officer.
Eric leads the company's functions tasked with driving growth, delivering value to customers, and building culture, team, & talent. He’s a key driver for Okta in elevating its brand, thought leadership, and voice as the World’s Identity Company.
Eric joined Okta in 2016 and previously served as President, Customer Experience & Communications, and as Chief Customer Officer.
Eric has spent over 25 years leading SaaS software companies through growth. During his 11 year tenure at Salesforce, he helped write the SaaS playbook and helped grow the business from $50M to $4B. He also spent 2 years at LinkedIn where he established their first Customer Success organization for their Talent Solutions business, growing to $2B. In his 9 years at Okta, he has helped scale revenues from $150M to over $2.8B.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford.
