Jheel Pandya

Product Manager

Jheel Pandya is a Product Manager at Okta, where she drives the UI Platform team’s efforts in enhancing UI infrastructure and design systems and leading key initiatives in Accessibility and Globalization. Joining Okta in 2023 as an intern, Jheel returned full-time in 2024, bringing with her over six years of technology experience. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth, where she earned concentrations in Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Behavioral sciences, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India. With a strong passion for building accessible, globally adaptable, and user-friendly products, Jheel is dedicated to ensuring that Okta’s platform delivers the best possible experience for users around the world. Outside of her professional life, she is a trained classical singer who loves experimenting with fusion music and bringing new flavors to life through fusion recipes.
