Keenan Harrell

An optimistic, mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in social impact and philanthropy, Keenan leverages thoughtful, disciplined approaches to generate pathways to meaningful impact for nonprofits and the communities they serve. Keenan is the Program Lead, Philanthropy at Okta — managing Okta’s philanthropic operations, programs, and partnerships. Prior to Okta, Keenan was a social impact consultant working directly with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to steer the state’s COVID-19 vaccine communication and education strategy. Before that, he spent 6 years with the Baltimore Ravens serving as their Community Relations Manager, where he expanded grassroots, nonprofit, and corporate partnerships and led youth programming efforts in the greater Baltimore area. He holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
