Neta Retter

Director of Innovation Programs

Neta Retter is the Director of Innovation Programs at Okta, where she is focused on building community, culture, and creating space for innovation. Most recently, she led global hackathons and hack culture at Meta/Facebook. Her background is in hardware engineering/analog front-end design, she also spent a couple of years leading First Lego League, a STEM robotics program, in Northern California. Outside of work, she's a passionate volunteer working towards increasing diversity in STEM fields.
