As the Senior Sustainability & Responsible Technology Manager at Okta, Sophia Gluck leads the company’s climate program with a focus on scaling sustainability impact through cross-functional leadership. With over four years at Okta, she oversees Okta’s renewable electricity strategy, Science Based Targets (SBTi), and climate impact programs, while navigating the evolving landscape of global climate reporting and regulation. Sophia was named GreenBiz 30 Under 30 and is a frequent contributor to the climate conversation, having spoken at NYC Climate Week, GreenBiz, and various industry forums. Her career began at Apple, where she focused on environment, social, and governance strategy and reporting. Sophia holds a Master of Sustainability Management from Columbia University’s Climate School and is an alumna of the University of California, Berkeley. Originally from the Bay Area and now a New Yorker, Sophia balances her professional mission with a love for power walking, baking, camping and crafting.
