Todd McKinnon is the CEO and co-founder of Okta, the leading independent Identity provider, which he co-founded in 2009 with Frederic Kerrest. Under Todd’s leadership, Okta has transformed the way millions of people access the digital world and put Identity at the forefront of security and business growth.

Eric Kelleher serves as Okta’s President, Customer Experience and Communications.

In this role, he co-leads the GTM organization and oversees Marketing, Customer First, and Communications. These teams are responsible for building a global trusted brand, helping prospects choose Okta as their identity partner, leading customers to win with Okta, and establishing Okta as the World’s Identity Company.

Eric has spent over 25 years leading SaaS software companies through growth. During his 11 years at Salesforce, he helped write the SaaS playbook for building a successful enterprise subscriber base, and helped grow the business from $50M to $4B. He also spent 2 years at LinkedIn where he established their first Customer Success organization for their Talent Solutions business, growing to $2B. In his 7 years at Okta, he has helped scale revenues from $150M to over $2B.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford.

Brett Tighe is the Chief Financial Officer at Okta. He manages the finance, accounting and investor relations teams, and guides strategic investment decisions on hiring and international expansion to drive Okta’s long term growth.

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Brett served as Okta’s Senior Vice President of FP&A and Treasury. Prior to Okta, he held various positions in finance at Salesforce.com, most notably as Senior Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy.

Brett has an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Brett enjoys spending time with his family, and when he’s not doing that, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing and golfing.

David Bradbury is the Chief Security Officer at Okta. He oversees security execution, and is responsible for a team navigating the evolving threat landscape to best protect employees and customers. He is also at the forefront of helping Okta’s customers adopt and accelerate Zero Trust security strategies.

Prior to Okta, David was the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Symantec where he oversaw all cyber security and physical security programs. He has an international reputation for leading and delivering cybersecurity at scale. David has worked across the globe from his native Australia to the UK and the US, leading highly regarded security teams at some of the world’s largest banks including ABN AMRO, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.

Jon Addison är Oktas Chief Revenue Officer. Han har över 20 års erfarenhet av ledarskap inom försäljning och operativ erfarenhet i stor skala från olika globala tekniska organisationer.

Jon ansvarar för att driva Oktas tillväxt globalt och har prioriterat skalning av Oktas strategi och verksamhet för marknadslansering, byggt ett ostoppbart försäljningsteam och levererat betydande kundupplevelser i hela världen.

Jon kom till Okta från LinkedIn, där han senast ledde verksamheten för talanglösningar för EMEA och Latinamerika. Han har även haft roller på Oracle, Finastra, Opentext, Pitney Bowes och CapGemini.

På fritiden tycker Jon om att spela piano, gå på hästkapplöpning och spela golf med sina söner i tonåren. Men hans verkliga passion är långdistanslöpning, och han har slutfört över 10 maratonlopp.

Larissa Schwartz är Oktas Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Hon leder företagets globala team för juridik, regelefterlevnad och myndighetsärenden, och stöder Oktas vision om att alla ska kunna använda all teknik på ett säkert sätt. Hon började på Oktas juridiska team 2015 för att leda det juridiska teamet genom företagets IPO. Innan Larissa blev CLO fick hon allt större ansvarsuppdrag för att bygga upp teamen för bolagsstyrning, regelefterlevnad och etik, företag och värdepapper, anställning, rättstvister och aktieadministration samt att stödja företagsutvecklingen i arbetet med M&A, strategiska transaktioner och Okta Ventures. Hon fungerar även som strategisk rådgivare för projekt i hela företaget.

Innan Larissa började på Okta arbetade hon som chef, bolagsjurist på Jazz Pharmaceuticals och som företagsjurist på Fenwick & Wests kontor i Mountain View och på Simpson, Thacher & Bartletts Palo Alto-kontor.

Larissa tog sin juristexamen från University of Hawai’i William S. Richardson School of Law och har en kandidatexamen i kinesiska språket och litteratur från Middlebury college, en filosofie master i kinesisk historia samt en masterexamen i östasiatiska studier från Yale University. Hon är från San Francisco Bay Area och utanför arbetet tycker hon om att resa, vandra och umgås med sin familj. 

Kerry Ok is Okta’s Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for Okta’s demand generation, product marketing, brand direction, and overall marketing strategy. Kerry brings with her 20-plus years of experience in Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, and Developer Engagement.

Kerry joined Okta in 2021 through the acquisition of Auth0, where she held the role of CMO and was also a key member of the Go-to-Market Leadership team. Prior to joining Auth0, Kerry held leadership roles in B2B technology at Skytap and F5 Networks.

Kerry has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Washington. She lives in the greater Seattle area with her family.

Monty Gray serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Okta, where he drives strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, Okta Ventures, technology partnerships, and oversees Okta for Good, the company’s social impact initiative. With over two decades of enterprise software experience, Monty specializes in strategy, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and product management. 

Before joining Okta, Monty served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at SAP, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic growth.  

A Northern California native, Monty holds an MBA from Santa Clara University. He resides in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the Bay Area, and supporting his kids’ sports activities.

Shiven Ramji is the Chief Product Officer, Customer Identity at Okta, where he is responsible for the Customer Identity Cloud product, data, security and technology strategy, and execution. He believes in empowering developers as they are the new creators, decision-makers, tastemakers, and kingmakers. Before joining Okta through the acquisition of Auth0, Shiv served as the SVP of Product at DigitalOcean, where he led DigitalOcean’s products, pricing, and partnerships. Additionally, Shiv has held leadership positions at global brands including Amazon, NBCUniversal, and The Nielsen Company. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching Manchester United games, hiking, and biking to different boroughs in New York City.

Vijay Rao serves as Chief People and Places Officer at Okta, overseeing both global HR and Workplace teams responsible for organizational culture, talent strategy, and employee experience. During his tenure, he led the transformation of the company values, built a high performance culture, and scaled systems and processes supporting Okta’s growth from 2,000 to over 6,000 employees.

Vijay has over 25 years of experience in strategic HR leadership across start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Okta, Vijay drove the strategy and execution of Meta’s Global People Operations function, which expanded from two employees to over 500 during the growth of the overall workforce from 3,000 to 85,000.  Vijay also spent time at Microsoft as a technical product manager leading a 5-year global recruiting system and process transformation.

Vijay is a strengths-based leader and coach leveraging a unique blend of strategic leadership, people and business partnering, and technical skills to drive success. He holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Legal Studies from Brandeis University and an HR certificate from Bentley College. 

Ed Daly serves as Okta’s Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Ed leads Okta’s Customer First organization and guides strategic decisions that impact the customer experience to drive Okta’s long-term growth. The Customer First organization includes Technical Support, Professional Services, Education Services, Renewal Sales, and Customer Success. These teams are responsible for ensuring that customers are successful and realizing value with Okta solutions.

Prior to his role as Chief Customer Officer, Ed served as Okta’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Renewal Sales. Prior to Okta, he held various positions at Cisco in the Go-To-Market and services organizations, most notably leading Cisco’s Global Customer Success team.

Ed has an MBA from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Ed lives with his family in the greater San Francisco area.

Prior to Okta, Shibu served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Veritas Technologies, a leader in multi-cloud data management. He has over 25 years of experience leading global finance teams across North America, Asia and Europe in the technology, software and cloud sectors. Shibu began his career with progressive leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and KPMG. 

Shibu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Shibu is an active volunteer in his community and also in international outreach organizations involved with helping to support under-privileged children. Shibu lives with his family in the Bay Area, California.

Frederic Kerrest är Vice Chairman och medgrundare av Okta. Han tjänstgjorde som Oktas COO med ansvar för Oktas dagliga verksamhet och arbetade med medarbetare, partner och kunder för att uppfylla företagets vision om att ge alla möjlighet att använda alla former av teknik på ett säkert sätt. Frederic är författare till Zero to IPO, en WSJ Bestseller-guidebok om att bygga upp nystartade företag baserat på erfarenheter från både honom själv och från några av världens mest framgångsrika och kända entreprenörer. Boken växte fram ur hans prisbelönta podcast med samma namn, där grundare, investerare och entreprenörer från Silicon Valley delar med sig av insikter från sina erfarenheter av att bygga upp företag. Han ger råd till nystartade mjukvaruföretag och är medlem i MIT Corporation Visiting Committee för Sloan School of Management.

Frederic har en kandidatexamen i datavetenskap från Stanford University och en masterexamen i entreprenörskap och innovation från MIT Sloan School of Management, där han fick utmärkelsen MIT Patrick J. McGovern, Jr. Entrepreneurship Award år 2008.

Shellye Archambeau var tidigare Chief Executive Officer på MetricStream, Inc., en ledande leverantör av lösningar för styrning, risk, regelefterlevnad och kvalitetshantering till företag i många olika branscher. Hon hade den befattningen från 2002 till 2018. Före detta var Shellye Archambeau Chief Marketing Officer och Executive Vice President of Sales på Loudcloud, Inc., Chief Marketing Officer på NorthPoint Communications och President för e-handelsdivisionen på Blockbuster Inc. Innan hon började på Blockbuster hade hon både nationella och internationella ledande befattningar under sin 15-åriga karriär på IBM. Shellye Archambeau har suttit i styrelsen för Nordstrom, Inc. sedan 2015, varit direktör på Verizon, Inc. sedan december 2013, suttit i styrelsen för Roper Technologies sedan april 2018 och de senaste fem åren suttit i styrelsen för Arbitron, Inc.

Mr. Bates serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genesys Cloud Services, Inc., where he has worked since May 2019 leading the company’s strategy, direction, and operations in more than 100 countries and overseeing a global team of more than 6,000 employees. 

Previously, Mr. Bates served as the Vice Chairman of the Board  of Social Capital LP from 2017 to 2019 and CEO of Growth Equity of Social Capital from 2018-2019, President of GoPro Inc. from 2014 to 2016, and CEO of Skype Inc. from October 2010 to May 2011. While at Skype, he was responsible for expanding the business to over 170 million connected users. Once Skype was acquired by Microsoft, he became President where he was responsible for unified communications before serving as Executive Vice President of business development and developers from May 2011 to March 2014. Prior to Skype, Mr. Bates served as Senior Vice President at Cisco from May 1996 to September 2010 where he led Cisco’s Service Provider business, growing its enterprise and commercial division to more than $20 billion in annual revenue.

A passionate technologist at heart, Mr. Bates began his career in network operations and internet infrastructure, teaching himself to code as a network operator at the University London Computer Centre (ULCC) and quickly gaining the business acumen to advance into trusted executive roles at some of the world’s most respected global SaaS companies.

Mr. Bates also served as a member of the board of directors at VMWare, eBay, GoPro and SiriusXM.

Emilie Choi joined our board in August 2022. She has served as President of Coinbase Global, since November 2020, and as Chief Operating Officer since June 2019. At Coinbase, Emilie served as Vice President of Business, Data and International from March 2018 to June 2019. She also served on  the board of directors of ZipRecruiter, from November 2018 to August 2022, and Naspers Limited and Prosus N.V., a subsidiary of Naspers Limited, from April 2017 to August 2021.

Previously, Emilie served as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at LinkedIn, and following its acquisition in December 2016, a subsidiary of Microsoft. Prior to LinkedIn, Emilie held leadership roles in corporate development, strategy, and operations at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. from August 2007 to December 2009. She also worked in corporate development and strategy at Yahoo! Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and began her career as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Emilie holds a B.A. in economics from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dixon har varit ägare till The RD Factor, Inc., ett konsultföretag inom på digital teknik och informationsteknik, sedan december 2016. Dixon var Global Chief Information Officer och Senior Vice President på PepsiCo, Inc., ett globalt livsmedelsföretag, från november 2007 till april 2016 och Senior Vice President fram till december 2016. Innan han kom till PepsiCo, Inc., hade Robert L. Dixon, Jr. olika ledningsfunktioner på Procter & Gamble, ett företag som tillverkar hushållsprodukter för konsumenter, sedan 1977, däribland Vice President of Global Business Services från 2005 till 2007. Dixon har suttit i styrelsen för Anthem, Inc., ett hälsoföretag, sedan juli 2011 och han har suttit i styrelsen för Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., en specialåterförsäljare sedan februari 2018. Dixon är förtroendevald i Georgia Institute of Technology och är medlem i President’s Advisory Board, College of Engineering Advisory Board och College of Computing Advisory Board. Dixon är även medlem i Devo, Inc. Growth Advisory Board, ett företag baserat på affärsanalys. Han satt tidigare i CIO Advisory Board på IBM. Dixon tog sin kandidatexamen i Electrical Engineering på Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jeff Epstein är en Operating Partner på Bessemer Venture Partners där han startade i november 2011. Han var Co-Chief Executive Officer och Chief Financial Officer på Apex Technology Acquisition Corporation sedan april 2019.

Från september 2008 till april 2011 var Jeff Epstein Executive Vice President och Chief Financial Officer på Oracle, ett av världens största och mest lönsamma teknikföretag. Innan han kom till Oracle var han chief financial officer i flera offentliga och privata företag. Jeff Epstein sitter nu i styrelsen för Twilio, ett företag byggt på molnkommunikationsplattformar, och för Poshmark, ett företag som driver en social handelsplats.

Jeff Epstein har en BA från Yale University och en MBA från Stanford University.

Ben Horowitz är en medgrundare av, och partner i venture capital-företaget Andreessen Horowitz och han är enligt New York Times bästsäljande författare av boken The Hard Thing About Hard Things som finns översatt till över 16 språk. Före a16z var Ben medgrundare av och CEO på Opsware (tidigare Loudcloud) som köptes upp av HP 2007 för 1,6 miljarder USD. Han utsågs till Vice President och General Manager of Business Technology Optimization for Software på HP. Tidigare var han Vice President and General Manager för America Online's E-commerce Platform Division, där han ledde utvecklingen av företagets flaggskeppstjänst Shop@AOL. Innan detta ledde Ben olika produktdivisioner på Netscape Communications. Han arbetade också som Vice President för Netscapes berömda produktlinje Directory and Security. Innan han kom till Netscape i juli 1995 hade han flera olika seniora befattningar inom produktmarknadsföring på Lotus Development Corporation.

Ben tog sin kandidatexamen i Computer Science på Columbia University och har en masterexamen i Computer Science från UCLA. Becky Saeger var Executive Vice President på Charles Schwab från 2004 till 2011 och senast som Chief Marketing Officer. Innan hon kom till Charles Schwab var hon Executive Vice President för Marketing på Visa i USA. Innan hon började på Visa var Becky Saeger Senior Vice President och chef för Account Management på Foote, Cone & Belding och Senior Vice President på Ogilvy & Mather. Becky Saeger sitter i styrelsen för E*TRADE Financial Corporation och är styrelseledamot för E*TRADE Bank. Hon är rådgivare till Yext, det ledande företaget inom digital kunskapshantering. Hon satt i styrelsen för Turn, ett ledande företag inom reklamteknik, och var ordförande för Association of National Advertisers (ANA). Hon tog sin kandidatexamen på Muhlenberg College och har en MBA-examen från Wharton School på University of Pennsylvania. Becky Saeger tillför Oktas styrelse värdefull expertis inom marknadsföring mot konsumenter och mellan företag, strategisk planering och utveckling av varumärken.

Mike Stankey är vice ordförande på Workday där han tidigare arbetade som ordförande och COO från 2009 till juni 2015. Förutom hans arbete på Workday sitter Mike också i styrelsen för Code42 Software och Cloudera. Från 2007 till 2009 var Mike en aktiv partner på Greylock. Från 2001 till 2007 var Mike ordförande och CEO på PolyServe.

Mike har en BBA-examen från University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
