Init is an IT operations platform where AI agents run backoffice workflows — onboarding and offboarding employees, fulfilling access requests, and keeping directories in sync — under human approval. The Okta Init integration uses Okta as the identity source of record: Init reads Okta users, groups, and applications to build a live directory, and on approval carries out access changes in Okta itself through user lifecycle, group membership, and application assignments, so Okta stays the single place where identity is managed.
