Nola Turnage

With Okta since 2017, Nola joined the Legal Operations team, becoming its first contracts manager. She also serves as a co-leader of Okta’s People of Color (“POC@Okta”) ERG. Prior to joining Okta, Nola was an accomplished senior contracts manager and senior paralegal, working for legal teams at Facebook, Gilead, Chevron, and several law firms.

For 5 years Nola worked with the Students Run Oakland Program, a marathon training program for at-risk high school students, and was featured in the documentary, “Runner’s High.” She has also served as a mentor of the San Francisco Bar Association and San Francisco Works’ Welfare to Work, a program enabling women and men to make the transition from dependency on public assistance to becoming economically self-sufficient. Lastly, Nola is a self-proclaimed “Sports Nut” and die-hard fan of the San Francisco Forty-Niners, Golden State Warriors, and San Francisco Giants.
