Okta Partner Awards: Celebrating Our Partners

Partners are at the center of everything we do at Okta, and they continue to be critical to our growth as a company. That’s why, as we kicked off our new fiscal year this month, we invited our entire partner ecosystem to join us virtually, where we recognized the values and growth of our top partners with the Okta Partner Awards for FY21.

For the last 7 years, we’ve run our Partner Awards program, and taken great pride in celebrating the achievements of our partners. This year, as our team looked back to consider which partners to honor, we were proud of what we accomplished together. In 2020, companies around the world migrated their businesses, products, and workforces to adapt to a remote, post-covid landscape. Our entire partner ecosystem, particularly our honorees, showed utmost dedication in helping our joint customers navigate unprecedented times. One of Okta’s core values is to never stop innovating, and we couldn’t have delivered such critical and innovative solutions without our partners.

FY21 Core Value Awards

Okta’s core values guide our interactions–from our interview process to how we engage with our customers–and these values are important to our partners, too. These awards are presented to exemplary partners who put their customers at the forefront. They deliver projects on time and on budget, innovate by bringing new implementations and ideas to life, maintain transparency across our joint sales teams, put plans in place, and backed them up with integrity.

Customer Success: Simeio Solutions invested in training and certifications to adopt a managed services offering to drive customer success and support for Identity-as-a-Service.

Innovation: TechJutsu is a truly innovative Services Delivery partner that has shown exceptional technical skills and creativity in building multi-vendor, turnkey solutions.

Integrity: Cancom truly embodies Okta’s core values around acting with integrity. They have collaborated with Okta and our joint customers with trust and honesty, always acting in the best interest of all parties to ensure our joint customers’ long-term success.

Transparency: In FY21, AccessIT and Okta collaborated on a joint go-to-market strategy, leveraging Okta’s MDF program to bring Okta to their top clients. AccessIT was a trusted advisor to our joint customers; their solutions were executed under mutual trust, transparency, and the true spirit of partnership.

Culture: RKON has focused on building their team’s Okta knowledge to create a collaborative culture where employees join forces through knowledge transfer, driving the Okta sales cycle, and technical problem solving.

Technology Partner Impact: Proofpoint had an outstanding year driving impactful engagement with the extended Okta field teams. Our alignment in the field and deep integrations helped deliver value to some of the largest global organizations. Proofpoint was also critical in helping enterprises move to remote work safely and securely.

Technology Partner Innovator of the Year: Our AWS engagement brought innovation at multiple levels this year, making it a truly distinguished collaboration. We co-developed one of the most customer-adopted integrations, launched unique field incentives that drove strong engagement, and announced the availability of the Okta Identity Cloud and its products in the AWS Marketplace.

FY21 Partner of the Year Awards

Our Partner of the Year awards were achieved by partners who consistently excel as partners, dedicating themselves to Okta and our joint go-to-market goals. These winners have not only driven growth in the number of customers they’re working with, but have consistently delivered value to customers through new integrations, certifications, and services.

Americas Partner of the Year: Optiv is a security solutions integrator that has taken the initiative to build Okta practices for new products such as Okta Access Gateway (OAG) and Advanced Server Access (ASA). They have expanded into additional markets, specifically in Canada, to grow their Okta business. Optiv played an instrumental role in collaborating with complementary Technology Partners to help our joint customers transition securely to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

EMEA Partner of the Year: Upright Security has made significant investments in getting their reps Okta trained and certified over the past year. Their deep technical knowledge of the Okta Identity Cloud has allowed them to successfully take on large and complex deployments within EMEA for Workforce Identity, CIAM, and OAG.

APAC Partner of the Year: Kollab exceeded expectations in FY21, enabling their team to make new customers successful, from initial conversation, to driving the sales cycle and managing implementations. Kollab's transparency, integrity, and thought leadership have made them a true extension of the Okta team.

Growth Partner of the Year: Sirius Computer Solutions made a significant commitment to the Okta partnership through sales accreditations, technical enablement, and several go-to-market initiatives in FY21. These efforts, combined with strong executive alignment, drove tremendous growth in overall business and established the foundation for our national partnership.

GSI Partner of the Year: PwC Cyber Privacy and Forensics Practice has taken partnering to the next level by investing heavily in training and certifications while developing strong field relationships. They have driven success by helping both established and new customers implement Okta.

Technology Partner of the Year: VMware was one of our top GTM Technology Partners in FY21, helping us deliver value to the largest global organizations. Our joint focus on dynamic work and employee experience, coupled with co-developed product innovation, enabled our joint customers to seamlessly and securely shift to remote work. We look forward to the future of our partnership in FY22 and beyond.

Distributor Partner of the Year: NextGen is a true value-add distributor. From very early on, they made significant investments in their Okta practice by focusing on partner enablement, recruitment and lead generation activities. The NextGen team has truly acted as an extension of Okta in the market, generating both growth and scale.

Public Sector Partner of the Year: Carahsoft enabled Okta Public Sector to pivot instantly to virtual campaigns with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. They have continued to invest in dedicated resources for Okta, positioning Okta for future success across the federal, state & local, and higher education markets.

Global Partner of the Year: CDW exceeded all goals this year, winning across all segments, strengthening our partnership and meeting the needs of our joint customers. They are a partner that has expanded into international markets while investing in getting their reps Okta accredited.
