The Delivery Enablement & Operations team within Auth0 is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional delivery of our most strategic portfolio of work. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, security and operational excellence.

The Staff Technical Program Manager Opportunity

You will partner with senior product and engineering leaders in the Auth0 Product Unit to successfully plan and execute strategic programs with a focus on AI innovation and other customer-facing initiatives. You are a natural leader with a growth mindset who has led cross-functional teams, reaching across organizational silos in delivering highly complex initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex programs focused on emerging customer needs
  • Guide cross-functional teams to rapidly release innovative features while maintaining operational excellence and world-class security
  • Coordinate architectural reviews and technical decision-making processes, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and risks are identified
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across engineering, operations, and product teams to keep work aligned with business objectives

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of technical program management experience with significant focus on customer-facing features
  • Verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and to lead using influence 
  • Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects 
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams
  • Skill in translating technical requirements to practical implementation strategies

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!

  • Working at a high-paced, fast-growing tech startup
  • Understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, and SSO
  • Experience with transformational programs, such as new product releases and large integrations

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$150,000$226,000 USD
