Sales Program Manager, Auth0 | ANZ
The successful candidate is a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced sales program manager who is passionate about orchestrating cross-functional execution of sales plays, partner events, customer growth campaigns, and internal operational efforts. You will be the central coordination point across Sales, Pre-sales, Customer Success (TAMs), Marketing/Customer Growth, Partners, Renewals, Enablement and Sales Operations teams.
In this role, you will be working to coordinate sales programs that impact Australia and New Zealand's most strategic companies, focused on providing value through coordinated sales and marketing initiatives. What you'll be doing:

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining program plans, ensuring readiness for field and partner plays, driving execution accountability, and monitoring success metrics.
You will build and execute comprehensive program plans that align with Auth0 ANZ's strategic objectives, coordinating across Sales, Pre-sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partners, Renewals, Enablement, and Sales Operations. By establishing clear timelines, deliverables, and governance structures, you will ensure that initiatives are consistently executed across teams, with critical handoffs and dependencies properly managed.
Your role will be instrumental in accelerating time to market for sales and partner plays by ensuring all necessary components—content, enablement, and operational alignment—are in place. Through rigorous stakeholder management and accountability frameworks, you will drive execution discipline across cross-functional teams, resulting in higher field adoption and increased program ROI.
As the program orchestrator, you will continuously monitor success metrics, surface blockers, and optimize future programs based on feedback. Your efforts will directly contribute to faster pipeline velocity, earlier revenue capture, and increased operational efficiency across the organization. By establishing a replicable operating model, you will support ANZ's growing complexity without overburdening functional leaders.
What you'll bring to the role:
