We want to create an inclusive workplace that inspires and empowers all women to grow both with Okta and outside of work. We cultivate dynamic conversations on topics like gender equality, unconscious bias and women in leadership through a variety of programs including our internal speaker series, mentorship program and book club.

Pride @ Okta
[email protected] is focused on creating Pride in Identity by championing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and/or Queer (LGBTQ) inclusion in our workplace. We specifically focus on education around LGBTQ+ topics and issues both at Okta and in the broader community.
We’re dedicated to providing support, resources and networking opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community in support of Okta’s commitment to our people. In recent years we’ve done this during Pride Month and throughout the rest of the year by hosting fireside chats with a range of LGBTQ+ leaders and advocates, most recently being Wade Davis, and donating to organizations that are working to help the broader LGBTQ+ community.
