Workaround: Go to okta.my.salesforce.com and this will enable the “Read only” option. This is currently working for users who have either bookmarked Salesforce Production page or saved Salesforce credentials.
What are we doing to address this?
The Business Technology team is working with the Salesforce Support team as high priority, and we will send out updates on an hourly basis as we know more.
