Okta is seeking a Manager, Global Partner Program Operations to lead and scale the team responsible for all global partner program operations. This leadership role focuses on defining and optimizing critical operational processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing strategic oversight for all partner-facing systems, including the partner portal and key program operations. The Manager will hire, mentor, and guide a team of operations specialists to deliver a best-in-class, seamless experience for partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can define strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and manage complex, cross-functional operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Global Partner Program Operations Specialists, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Define team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and team efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as the organization scales.
Program Operational Strategy & Optimization
- Define and optimize the end-to-end operational processes for the Global Partner Program, focusing on scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
- Oversee the seamless execution of high-volume, day-to-day partner operations, including partner onboarding, coordinating partner due diligence with Finance and Partner Sales teams, and managing partner agreement processing.
- Establish best practices for managing inbound support queues and ensure high-quality, timely resolution of complex partner and internal inquiries related to program structure, benefits, and resources and leverage AI where appropriate.
- Drive continuous process improvements for critical functions like Deal Registration operations and the creation of Letters of Authorization (LOAs).
- Oversee support for distribution partners with onboarding their resellers in accordance with program requirements.
Systems, Data Integrity & Reporting
- Partner with systems team to create and maintain operational integrity of all partner systems, including Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, and the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
- Oversee the team’s efforts in maintaining accurate partner data integrity across internal systems, partner portals, and partner locator tools.
- Develop and manage reporting dashboards to track operational performance, compliance requirements, and the overall health of the partner ecosystem.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in partner operations, channel operations, or partner program management, preferably within SaaS or technology.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing and mentoring a team or leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and scale complex operational processes across global teams.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with core partner systems (e.g., Salesforce and a PRM platform like Impartner).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional executive stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal) and external partners.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate operational metrics into actionable business strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
- Advanced experience using and administering Salesforce (SFDC) and Partner Relationship Management platforms (e.g., Impartner)
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships for operational tools
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting using tools like Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with agreement and data management tools such as Conga/Apptus and DocuSign
- Experience with Google Workspace.
