Okta seeks a skilled Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash (NetSuite/RevPro) to optimize, configure, and maintain our NetSuite and RevPro platforms. As part of our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for administering the platforms, configuring workflows, managing system enhancements, and ensuring the system supports effective Order-to-Cash (O2C) and revenue recognition processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of solutions primarily within NetSuite ERP, focusing on Order Management, Billing, and Zoura Revpro or Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Design, configure, and maintain NetSuite core system settings, custom records, SuiteFlows, and SuiteScripts.
- Provide functional consulting and problem resolution for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Manage and support integrations between NetSuite, RevPro, and other third-party systems using APIs and standard integration tools.
- Focus on enhancing O2C process areas like collections, email consolidation, customer statement automation, credit memo enhancements for RevPro compliance, and dunning automation.
- Develop custom reports/dashboards in NetSuite (SuiteAnalytics) to track key O2C metrics (e.g., DSO, revenue recognition).
- Leverage NetSuite's AI capabilities (like SuiteScript Generative AI API) to enhance O2C processes.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of dedicated experience in NetSuite O2C Analysis and Design
- Deep functional and technical expertise in NetSuite O2C modules (Order Management, Billing, ARM, Financials).
- Experience with REVPRO (compliance, credit memo enhancements, JE approvals, revenue recognition).
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) best practices and financial controls.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL.
Education and Certifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent years of industry experience.
- NetSuite Administration or ERP consultant certification is an advantage.
