Pride@Okta is focused on creating Pride in Identity by championing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and/or Queer (LGBTQ) inclusion in our workplace. We specifically focus on education around LGBTQ+ topics and issues both at Okta and in the broader community.
We’re dedicated to providing support, resources and networking opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community in support of Okta’s commitment to our people. In recent years we’ve done this during Pride Month and throughout the rest of the year by hosting fireside chats with a range of LGBTQ+ leaders and advocates, most recently being Wade Davis, and donating to organizations that are working to help the broader LGBTQ+ community.
