Laura Shanley joined Okta in 2021 to help lead the development and rollout of the company’s first enterprise-wide recognition program. She has a passion for building people-focused programs that reflect and reinforce company culture and help connect and inspire employees. Prior to Okta, Laura spent nearly 16 years delivering employee communications, engagement, and recognition programs at Qualcomm.
