Molly is a part of the Customer First Programs team, focusing on Okta Help Center moderation and strategy, as well as product insights processes, including the Ideas forum. Molly is a Boston native who moved to the Bay in 2014. She's held roles in Corporate Sponsorships at Red Sox, Community at Salesforce, and most recently, Product Operations at Fitbit.
