The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth, data-driven environment. This role requires a paramount understanding of Federal compliance and the critical need for audit integrity to ensure all software and services provisioning strictly adheres to government contract terms and security mandates. Job Responsibilities

- Run regular and targeted audit reports to ensure accuracy of provisioning records against sales orders and Federal licensing agreements.
- Act as a compliance conscience, proactively identifying, resolving, and flagging provisioning exceptions that could jeopardize Federal reporting, security posture, or usage compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures, with a specific focus on Federal security, data handling, and licensing regulations (e.g., FedRAMP requirements as they relate to account provisioning).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate job experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the Federal Government contracting, Public Sector technology, or regulated industry space.
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and licensing information to Federal agency stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of provisioning and software licensing models, including upstream/downstream activity, with a strong emphasis on usage rights and authorized deployment in government environments.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Federal compliance standards and their practical application in software/cloud provisioning.
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with an obsession for maintaining audit-ready records in a highly regulated environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet high-stakes deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable with going into the office once a week or maybe more, subject to change due to RTO (Return to office)
