Eric Kelleher
Eric Kelleher serves as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Okta.
Eric leads the company’s operations, strategy, and execution. He is responsible for ensuring Okta invests and scales effectively while delivering on its mission as the World’s Identity Company to secure human, non-human, and agentic identity. His functions accelerate workforce and technology transformation; drive strategy, operations and governance; and build culture, team, & talent.
Eric has been with Okta since 2016 and previously served as President, Customer Experience & Communications, and as Chief Customer Officer. Eric has spent 30 years leading software and SaaS companies through growth. At Salesforce, he helped write the enterprise SaaS playbook and helped grow revenue from $50M to $4B. He established LinkedIn’s first Customer Success organization, growing to $2B. At Okta, he has helped scale revenues from $150M to over $2.9B.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford.
