Okta for Good Technical Services for Nonprofits

Free technical support to help nonprofits succeed

Nonprofits deserve the same powerful technology as for-profit businesses. Okta for Good provides donated and discounted products to eligible organizations, but we know access isn’t always enough. Many nonprofits need expert support to truly unlock Okta’s potential.

That’s why we've put together a holistic offering of technical services, that helps you get started quickly and gets you expert help when projects become complex.

"I want to express how fantastic it’s been working with Okta Professional Services. We are finally able to migrate Office 365 to Okta. Our Okta consultant has been amazing and has really saved this project from faltering. Thank you so much for this program."

How it works

Nonprofit customers may submit an application to be matched with the appropriate resource. Approval from the Okta for Nonprofits team (part of Okta for Good) is required for Pro Bono Professional Services and for the Technical Coaching Program.

Pro Bono Professional Services (PS)

This program offers no-cost implementation support from an Okta PS team or implementation partner. It is designed for organizations that have already implemented at least part of their Okta environment.

Technical Coaching Program

Our Technical Coaching program supports eligible U.S.-based nonprofits as they set up and strengthen their early-to-mid-stage Okta environments. Through personalized sessions with a Nonprofit Solutions Architect, you'll get guidance on deploying fundamental Okta configurations and best practices.

Eligibility

  • Have your nonprofit status validated by our partner, Goodstack. Not sure if your organization has been validated? Ask your Okta rep or reach out to [email protected].
  • Be a current Okta customer in good standing. Applications from organizations that are not yet Okta customers will not be considered.
  • For Pro Bono Professional Services and Technical Coaching Program, you must have a person available for hands-on work with bandwidth to read and comprehend technical documentation, meet with Okta technical representatives, and work on integrations outside of meetings to resolve technical issues

Applications for guided implementation services are not guaranteed approval. The Okta for Nonprofits team will notify you of next steps via email if your project qualifies.
