Kpayah Tamba is Senior Director of Certification at Okta. He has 16 years of experience building and growing global certification teams and certification programs, as well as designing and developing traditional and performance-based certification exams. He is also responsible for expanding and deepening the Okta certification program. As a member of the board of directors for the Performance Testing Council, Kpayah is active in the credentialing industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Master's in Computer Information Systems. Kpayah is a former Visiting Professor at DeVry University and a former Adjunct Professor at Broward College. He lives in Prosper, TX.
