Michelle has been in Recruiting for over a decade and currently leads all of Global Talent Acquisition for Okta. Prior to Okta, Michelle helped the teams at Atlassian, AdRoll, and Zenefits operationalize and scale their recruiting functions during peak growth periods. She's also a mom to two young boys and is always focused on creating that ideal work life balance.
