Okta has named seasoned executive Rebecca "Becks" Port as its new Chief People Officer. Port will join Okta on January 26 to lead its global people strategy.
Port is a seasoned leader with deep, cross-industry expertise in scaling strategy, culture, and performance. Port previously served as CHRO at Sequoia and has led people teams at 10x Genomics, Netflix, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Port joins Okta at a pivotal moment, as the company deepens its investment in the world-class talent needed to lead the industry in securing identity for the age of AI.
