Okta Announces Expansion Into Nordics

Leading Identity Vendor Brings Its IT Products and Platform to Region

Stockholm — December 4, 2015 — Okta, the foundation for secure connections between people and technology, announced its presence in the Nordics, the third Okta office in Europe, led by IT veteran David Hyborn. Based in San Francisco, Okta was founded by CEO Todd McKinnon and COO Frederic Kerrest in 2009. David Hyborn to Lead Okta's Nordics Team from Stockholm

David Hyborn has been working in the IT sector for 20+ years, with leading roles at RSA Security, Dimension Data among others. Before joining Okta he was at CA, where he managed the business area Security covering the Nordics. David Hyborn is responsible for the general management of Okta in the Nordics, where the company plans to recruit both on the technology and the sales side.
