Preparing for the New Identity Security Standard

How Developers can Get Apps enterprise-ready using Auth0 tools

The OpenID Foundation’s Interoperability Profiling for Secure Identity in the Enterprise (IPSIE) working group is in the process of creating an open industry standard to enhance the end-to-end security of enterprise SaaS products and provide a framework for SaaS builders to more easily meet evolving enterprise security needs.

The OpenID Foundation working group charter covers capabilities that include:

  • Single Sign On (SSO)
  • System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
  • Entitlements (managed through Okta FGA)
  • Session Termination / Token Revocation

Developers building their apps on Auth0 now will be well on the way to achieving the IPSIE standard once it is finalized. Learn more in our guide to getting started.
