Last year, we launched Identity Threat Protection with Okta AI (ITP). Since then, it has enabled customers to stay ahead of identity-based threats through real-time detection and rapid response. With ITP, you can identify and mitigate risks quickly to prevent damage before it occurs. Building on that momentum, we’re releasing even more functionality to help bolster security orchestration and protect admin accounts. This includes:
Custom Admin Roles for ITP – (EA - available today)
Enforce granular control over who can configure risk policies, manage user sessions, or set up Shared Signals Framework (SSF) integrations. This helps enforce the principle of least privilege through precise permissions, eliminating the risk of overly permissive roles.
ITP Detections for Super Admin Roles* – (GA - available today)
Gain visibility into threats targeting your most privileged accounts to quickly detect and respond to risky activity before attackers can exploit them.

SSF Transmitter – (GA - available today)
Enable automated, coordinated responses by sending Okta identity signals to third-party tools, like Apple Business Manager, turning threat detection into immediate action, such as session revocation and credential changes. This release also includes a new, user-friendly interface for admins, eliminating the need for complex API or Postman configurations.

The Cross-Organization MFA and Access Graph provides comprehensive visibility into user access patterns across multiple Okta organizations in hub-and-spoke environments. This feature enables security teams to understand complex multi-tenant access relationships and identify potential MFA gaps or security risks across interconnected Okta instances.
Enhanced MFA Analysis Report – (EA - available today)
The Enhanced MFA Analysis Report delivers granular insights into MFA adoption, enforcement, and potential bypasses across your identity ecosystem. This feature provides detailed analytics on authentication methods, policy effectiveness, and identifies users or applications that may be vulnerable due to weak or missing MFA configurations.
Active Directory Accounts in Okta Privileged Access — Early Access Now Available
