Head of Customer First Programs
Currently Head of Customer First Programs at Okta, Kristie leads a team of customer experience enthusiasts, committed to helping Okta customers successfully learn, deploy, adopt, and grow with Okta. In addition to the OHC, her team owns Okta’s Voice of the Customer program, which transforms customer feedback into action.
Kristie brings over 15 years of experience to Okta, and although she grew up in Louisiana, she now calls the Bay Area her home. She enjoys baking, listening to old soul records, and making frequent trips back to the south for her gumbo fix.
