Tanesha has over 20+ years experience in technology and cybersecurity across the public and private sectors. As the Director of Information Security at Okta, she spearheads the Security Awareness & Communications team. Before joining Okta, Tanesha established her own IT risk consultancy, collaborating with clients on matters spanning information security, audit, risk management, and security governance. Additionally, her proficiency in the banking and financial services technology domain is a product of her leadership positions at PNC Bank and Bank of America.
Tanesha holds a CISA, CRISC, and CDPSE certification. She is an active member of ISACA and an Executive Leadership Council (ELC) Institute Fellow. Tanesha resides outside of Atlanta, GA with her husband and two children.
