Tom is the Director of Digital Experience at Okta. Tom is charged with improving and optimizing the end-to-end admin experience for feature engagement, adoption and growth helping to drive overall Okta admin and product success. Prior to Okta, Tom led growth, ecommerce and support product experiences at DocuSign. Prior to this, Tom was in various product leadership positions and spent several years in the management consulting industry leading major digital business transformation initiatives for global clients.
