We're seeking a transformative leader to spearhead high-impact product launches for the Auth0 portfolio. This role demands operational excellence, strategic influence over senior cross-functional teams, and the foresight to architect scalable, best-in-class launch processes. As a pivotal member of Okta’s central Product Strategy & Operations Team, rolling up to the Chief Operating Officer's organization, you'll play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Initially an individual contributor role, this position offers significant growth potential and reports to the Head of Product Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve:
- Own the end-to-end vision and process framework for Auth0’s new product introductions.
- Architect and manage distinct launch phases (Beta, Early Access, General Availability) with rigorous entry/exit criteria.
- Establish comprehensive intake protocols for new product introductions, including strategic launch tiering and decision frameworks.
- Develop and refine launch playbooks and key performance indicators (KPIs) by function (product, marketing, sales, customer support, operations) to ensure success at each phase.
- Curate and maintain a centralized repository of launch artifacts, detailing strategy, business justification, and performance outcomes.
- Convene and lead high-powered cross-functional forums to optimize launch performance, with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Facilitate strategic cross-functional forums to channel field insights into product roadmap development.
- Communicate launch progress to executive stakeholders, actively seeking and integrating strategic feedback.
- Directly manage 2-3 flagship launches concurrently, while providing strategic oversight for all other launches.
Qualifications / What You Bring (Essential):
- 10+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles within product operations or strategic program management.
- Deep expertise in the product launch lifecycle, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a track record of engaging and driving alignment with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities to inspire and guide staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Mastery of organizational and project management methodologies, with the agility to develop, execute, and iterate on plans as needed.
- Impeccable attention to detail in maintaining program artifacts and documentation.
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate launch performance against quantitative targets and drive root cause analysis to optimize outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
- MBA strongly preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $162,000—$242,000 USDBelow is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
