The Global Field Enablement team
The Global Field Enablement team at Okta serves to build global enablement programs for sellers at scale. This team designs and executes initiatives focused on driving field effectiveness in role and meeting the objectives of the business.
The Gong Platform Manager opportunity
Reporting to Senior Manager of Enablement Systems, the Gong Platform Manager will lead the administration, optimization, and business alignment of Gong across our global revenue teams. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Gong, from configuration and integrations to driving adoption, enablement insights, and maximizing business impact.
This role sits at the intersection of field enablement, technology, and go-to-market strategy, requiring a leader who can seamlessly blend technical execution with strategic business alignment.
What you’ll be doing
- Own day-to-day Gong administration including user provisioning, role & team hierarchies, platform governance, scorecards, trackers, and integrations
- Ensure platform health and scalability as we grow, including data hygiene, permission management, and automation setup
- Act as the go-to SME for how Gong supports business priorities like pipeline conversion, onboarding, coaching, and messaging adherence
- Drive alignment with Field Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to surface actionable insights
- Develop reporting templates, playlists, and trackers that map to key business initiatives and enablement programs
- Monitor adoption and usage across sales, success, and other GTM teams
- Partner with the Field to train teams on new features, workflows, and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Gong’s Customer Success and Support teams
- Lead internal roadmap planning and prioritization for Gong enhancements
What you’ll bring to the role & what we’re looking for
- 5-7+ years of experience of GTM tools ownership (Gong, Clari, Highspot, People.ai)
- 3–5+ years of experience administering Gong at scale across a revenue organization
- Deep expertise configuring Gong (i.e. scorecards, trackers, integrations, team structure, permissioning, call libraries, and workflows)
- Proven ability connecting Gong data to business outcomes, such as pipeline progression, messaging alignment, or onboarding success
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical functionality into business value
- Experience with global Gong deployments (multiple regions, cross-functional teams)
- Familiarity with MEDDPICCC and Value Selling sales methodologies
- Gong certification

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $140,000—$210,000 USDBelow is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
